How can I place an order?
We place an order using the contact form. In the absence of goods in stock, we will send such a message with information to your e-mail. After confirming the inquiry and posting the payment, we process the order.
How long does order fulfillment take?
From the moment the payment is credited, for the handle without the option of a personalized frame, it is 3 working days. For orders, the handle plus a personalized frame is 20 working days. This time is counted from the moment of approving the graphic design for the frame and posting the payment.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, we offer this option for people with a tax identification number. If you do not have a Tax Identification Number, we issue a personal invoice.
How can I pick up my order?
We adjust the option of delivering a parcel with an order to the convenience of our customers.
